Hoy tuvimos una reunión de trabajo para reparar y planificar los
próximos pasos que vamos a tomar con nuestros programas de 4º Mundo.
Se tocaron muchos temas y gracias a la presencia de los colaboradores
malienses pudimos entender un poco mas del tema visto desde su prisma.
Resumiendo:
1)Comida por educación: solo daremos alimentos a personas que acudan a
clase y demuestren un interés en estudiar.
2)Se excluirán las personas que no atiendan al menos a el 80% de sus
clases o que demuestren una falta de interés (no escuchando, no
haciendo sus deberes etc)
3)Se excluirán las personas que claramente no estén en situación
critica (los que reciban ayuda de otros servicios al mismo tiempo, los
que detectamos indirectamente que no están entre los mas necesitados,
etc).
4)Se acordó estandarizar el sistema de educación, con todos los
maestros/as usando el mismo libro y guión.
5)Se comento que los usuarios habían pedido clases de alemán y
catalán. Cosa que tendríamos que evaluar en cara al futuro, necesitamos gente que pueda impartir clases en ambos idiomas.
6)Se comento los posibles problemas a los cuales nos enfrentaríamos al
instaura el sistema de clases x comida. Y se llego a la conclusión
que, como siempre, aprenderíamos sobre la marcha.
7)Se acordó que solo daríamos el nivel básico.
Fue un placer ver este equipo que sigue creciendo, tan entregado a su
labor que va a ser tremendamente importante para tantas personas para
el resto de sus vidas.

Today we held a meeting to prepare and go over our 4th world programs.
We covered many topics and thanks to the presence of Mali
collaborators we were allowed to see the subject from their angle.
Summing up:
1)Classes for Food: we will only continue feeding people who come to class.
2)We will exclude people that do attend an 80% or more of their
lessons or who show no interest in what they are supposed to be
studying.
3)We will exclude people who are not clearly in a critical situation.
Eg. those that get help also from another institution, those we can
see through indirect signs that they are not so badly off, etc.
4)We agree to standardise the teaching methods and text books.
5)It was mentioned that there had been people asking for German and
Catalan classes. This we would look in to i the future.
6)It was agreed that we would only give the basic courses.
7)We discussed the possible problems we would face on implementing
Classes for Food and as usual it was accepted that the experience
would be our teacher.
It was a pleasure to see this growing team in action, so dedicated to
their commitment which will be very important for their students for
the rest of their lives.
